Talei & Jared
Talei & Jared's wedding was so beautiful & it was evident how much time, thought & planning had gone in to the art deco inspired look....Minty greens, crystals & beads & a beachy, fishing theme decorated the venue.
Talei wore an incredible Maggie Sottero beaded dress that had the illusion of being light and airy, when in fact it weighed a ton! Topped with a long, sparkling veil, she looked beautiful. Jared's gang of guys wore matching suede shoes & hats that never seemed to leave their heads (spot the photo where I made Jared take his off!!).
Escorted down the aisle by the bridesmaids, Carley pushed Kaia in her own vintage pram & quite possibly stole the show....they were so very cute! The fishing theme came into play as the wedding rings were expertly delivered by Jared's nephew, on the end of a hook.
All day the sky was cloudy & slightly ominous, though we were so lucky that it held off until everyone was safely seated at the reception. In fact, as we were taking photos up on the hill, by the chimney, we could see the misty drizzle rolling in & it was a bit of a rush to dodge the cowpats to get back!
The dance floor pumped to the sounds of the Front House & I almost didn't want to leave! I love this part of the day when everyone kicks off their shoes & forgets I'm there!
The sun may not have shone on us, but it definitely rained petals;)
