Debbie & Brendon

Debbie & Brendon's big day completed my wedding season & despite it being incredibly soggy, these two did not stop smiling!

I first met Debbie when she was wearing a 'moonboot' after an achilles injury. Pretty dresses & heels seemed like an eternity away!

The girls got ready at The King & Queen Hotel Suites & everything was pretty laid back & easy. They even got a pizza in from Ms. White's before heading out for some photos on the way to the ceremony. The boys kicked back with whiskey & arcade games. They each wore a set of Green Lantern cufflinks....which may stem from Brendon's extensive collection of movies & characters.

As the heavens opened, the option of a ceremony in the quaint chapel at Oak Valley was even more appealing. Led by Amber, the couple made some heartfelt & beautiful vows to each other before exiting in a shower of petals.

We may not have made it to the gardens or beach, but New Plymouth definitely gave us some interesting undercover options out of the rain. We found brightly coloured walls & even made a carpark romantic!

The clear marquee styling was stunning & Debbie's Pinterest pinning paid off! Victoria & her team pulled off a beautifully decorated interior that was essential with the weather. After cutting 3 scrummy cakes, listening to speeches & a round of the shoe game...everyone hit the dance floor with vigour!

What a great end to another wonderful wedding season!
